This year Alice Arutkin (Starboard, North Sails) and Philip Koster (Starboard, Neilpryde) are rewarded with the PWA Rookie of the year 2008 title. Every year this title is awarded for the most outstanding rookie windsurfer in the season. For example, Peter Volwater has won the title in his first year on the tour.
